Show Countdown Planner
Every show has the same shape of run-up — the difference is the date it starts. Pick a show and this turns its organizer-verified dates into a milestone plan you can drop into your calendar.
What the plan covers
Exhibitor mode runs from the decision to exhibit (about a year out) through booth space, housing, booth design, exhibitor-kit service orders, staffing and badges, collateral, pre-show outreach, advance-warehouse shipping, briefing, move-in, the show days, and a follow-up sequence to a 90-day ROI review. Attendee mode is the lighter version: objectives, registration and travel, target list and meetings, floor plan, packing, follow-up and debrief.
How to use it
- Pick the show. Dates come from its ConventionGrid page, where each one is checked against the organizer's announcement. If a show isn't listed yet, type the dates by hand.
- Click Add plan to calendar to download an .ics file — one all-day entry per milestone plus the show itself — and import it into Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
- Move the dates to match your show's real deadlines. The offsets here are a planning scaffold; the binding cut-offs (early-rate service orders, advance-warehouse windows, housing release) are in the exhibitor kit and on the registration page — read those early.
- Copy the link to share the plan with your team; it reloads with the same show and mode.
Pair it with the Exhibit ROI calculator to set the lead target your booth team is working towards, and the first-time exhibitor checklist for the detail behind each milestone. Browse what's coming up on the calendar.
