ConventionGrid is a directory of trade shows and conventions. This policy explains what data is collected when you visit conventiongrid.com (the "Website"), who receives it, and how to opt out.

Information We Collect

ConventionGrid does not offer user accounts, and we do not ask you to register or log in to browse the directory. We do not knowingly collect personal information from you unless you choose to send it to us — for example, by using our contact page to get in touch about a listing.

Like most websites, our hosting provider and the third-party services described below automatically receive standard technical information when you load a page, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, and the pages you view.

Information About Events and Organizers

Our listings describe trade shows, conventions, venues, and the organizations that run them. This is business information published by organizers or drawn from public sources — it is not personal information about site visitors. If you are an organizer and want a listing corrected or removed, please contact us.

Links to Other Sites

We link out to event organizers, venues, and registration pages so you can verify details at the source. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

Children

ConventionGrid is a business-to-business resource and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not knowingly allow our advertising partners to serve personalized advertising to them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
