  Shoptalk Fall 2026 runs in Nashville (Music City Center) 29 September – 1 October; Shoptalk Spring stays at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas.

• Supernova 2026

  Supernova (formerly Super Smash Con) held its 2026 festival at the Baltimore Convention Center, Baltimore, MD — not its former Chantilly, VA home.

  The Summer Fancy Food Show shifts from late June to 25–27 July for 2027 (and 9–11 July in 2028), staying in New York.

• AIR CARGO AMERICAS 2027 next: Nov 9, 2027 · Miami Beach

  air cargo Americas is now staged as part of transport logistic Americas, run by Messe München. The organiser lists the combined show at the Miami Beach Convention Center on 9–11 November 2027; the old aircargoamericas.com no longer resolves.

• World of Coffee USA (formerly Specialty Coffee Expo) 2026 next: Apr 9, 2027 · New Orleans

  The SCA's US show now runs under the global World of Coffee banner — coffeeexpo.org redirects to usa.worldofcoffee.org; next is World of Coffee New Orleans, 9–11 April 2027, which also hosts the World Coffee Roasting Championship.

• HydroVision International 2025

  HYDROVISION International was integrated into POWERGEN International from February 2025, per Clarion's announcement.

• EGX 2024

  EGX was folded into the MCM Comic Con shows — the organiser's site says EGX now lives inside MCM London.

• Outdoor Retailer Winter Market 2019

  Outdoor Retailer folded Winter Market back into its January show, writing that the decision was made “to bring these two shows back together in January” after the outdoor and snow communities said they would prefer to gather at a single show. Outdoor Retailer now runs one show a year, in Minneapolis.

• PAX Dev 2019

  PAX Dev ran as a standalone developer conference from 2011 to 2019; its programming continues as tracks inside the PAX shows.

• DreamHack Dallas 2026

  DreamHack Dallas is on hiatus — its venue serves as the 2026 World Cup broadcast centre and then closes for renovation until 2029; the flagship consolidated elsewhere meanwhile.

• Offshore Windpower Conference & Exhibition 2026

  ACP's Offshore WINDPOWER no longer appears on the organiser's event roster through 2029.

• Retail Fest AUS (formerly Retail Global) 2026

  retailglobal.com now redirects to an unpublished placeholder site for Retail Fest AUS, and no Retail Fest domain serves a live show site. Dates listed for 2027 are not currently confirmed by any organiser page.

• Total Tech Summit 2026

  Emerald indefinitely postponed Total Tech Summit, including the planned 2026 event, per the organiser's site.

• BIOFACH America 2025

  BIOFACH America has not returned; its site is offline and NürnbergMesse's US organic show remains dormant.

• Cannabis World Congress & Business Exposition (CWCBExpo) 2025

  CWCBExpo's site has been stripped to a placeholder; no dates have been announced.

• Face & Body Skin Care Expo 2025

  Allured Business Media cancelled Face & Body 2025. The show’s website now carries only that notice and the line “We Will Be Back!” — no new dates have been published.

• Plant Based World Expo 2025

  The organiser has indefinitely postponed Plant Based World, writing that “after thoughtful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to indefinitely postpone” the show. The North America site still shows December 2025 as its last dates, and the European show is postponed alongside it.

• Plant Based World Expo Europe 2025

  Plant Based World Expo Europe is indefinitely postponed alongside its US sibling.

• In-Cosmetics North America 2023

  in-cosmetics North America still carries its cancellation notice; the North American show has not returned, though the global series continues.
