What it flags
- Clash — dates overlap in different cities, or one show ends the day the next opens somewhere else. You can't fully cover both; split the team or choose.
- Tight — one to three clear days between shows in different cities, or an overlap within the same city. Workable, but plan freight and staffing for it deliberately.
- Pairs well — back-to-back in the same city. One flight, one hotel stretch, two shows.
- Crowded weeks — for each pick, how many other verified shows run in the same city on those dates. That's your hotel-price and flight-availability warning; Las Vegas picks link straight to the pile-up calendar.
Notes on the verdicts
Dates come from each show's ConventionGrid page, where they're checked against the organizer's own announcement — if a show isn't listed yet, add its dates by hand. The turnaround thresholds assume exhibitor logistics (move-out, freight, move-in); pure attendees can run tighter. The share link carries catalog picks only, so a teammate opening it sees the same shortlist against current verified dates.
