Flow Expo 2027

Flow Expo 2027 is a one-day show on Saturday, March 13, 2027, from 9am to 4pm, at Fairplex (the Los Angeles County Fairplex), 1101 West McKinley Avenue, Pomona, California.

What it is

Flow Expo bills itself as the Western United States regional plumbing, heating and cooling (PHC) industry trade show, "the trade show for the PHC industry by those in the PHC industry." It is produced by PHCC Los Angeles (PHCC–Greater Los Angeles Area), a 501(c)(6) trade association, and has run since 1975. The show brings manufacturers, manufacturers' representatives, suppliers and wholesalers together with contractors, engineers, technicians and municipal officials. On its home page the organizer cites 5,000+ participants, over 400 manufacturers and over 150 exhibitors.

The organizer says the show is for anyone working in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, backflow, refrigeration, hydronics, fire sprinklers, mechanical, trenchless, facilities services and engineering, as well as code officials, municipalities and remodelers. PHCC-GLAA has a pavilion on the show floor, and education sessions run alongside the exhibits; the 2027 education program is still to be announced.

Who can attend

• The show is free to attend, and PHCC membership is not required.
• It is an industry-only trade show, open to people who work in or with the construction trades or who are interested in a career in the trades. It is not a home show and is not promoted to homeowners.
• Anyone under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult in the exhibit areas, and children 16 and older are asked to register.

On the day

Pre-registration online is strongly recommended: pre-registered attendees scan a QR code at a badge station and print their badge, while walk-ins are sent to a registration station first. Food vendors are located around the Fairplex buildings.

Photography of a particular booth or product needs the exhibitor's permission, outside photographers and videographers are not allowed without show management's approval, and drones are banned on Fairplex property. The show floorplan and exhibitor list for 2027 are posted on the show's site.
