RV Dealers Convention & Expo 2027

Annual business-oriented conference and trade show for RV dealers and service professionals covering market trends, operations, and sales.

RV Dealers Convention & Expo 2027 in Las Vegas

The RV Dealers Convention/Expo runs November 8–12, 2027 at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, a move from Paris Las Vegas, where the 2026 convention was held. RVDA has also booked Caesars Forum for November 6–10, 2028.

What it is

The convention is the annual meeting of the RV Dealers Association (RVDA), based in Fairfax, Virginia, together with RVDA of Canada. It is built for RV dealership owners and staff: education for dealers, an exhibit hall of industry suppliers and lenders, and the associations' own business meetings.

How the week runs

The 2026 schedule shows the shape the week takes:

• Day one is governance. The opening Monday is given to RVDA and RVDA of Canada board meetings, with receptions by invitation.
• Tracked education. Dealer education tracks, Vendor Training Plus workshops led by exhibitors, and Partners of Progress meetings run on the mornings and afternoons of the middle days.
• Keynote and exhibit hall. The opening general session and keynote fall on the second day, followed by a happy hour that opens the exhibit hall. The hall stays open across three days, with lunch and brunch served on the floor.
• Extra-fee course. A Leadership Course runs as a separately ticketed, limited-space session.
• Awards. The RVBusiness Top 50 dealer awards and RV PRO's 40 Under 40 awards are held during the week.
• On demand. For 2026, RVDA listed on-demand content as available from October to January, including recorded Vendor Training Plus workshops for registered dealership staff.
