What it is

AutoAméricas is a trade show and conference program for the auto parts and specialty accessories market in Latin America and the Caribbean. Exhibitors are wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers and builders. The buyers they are there to meet are repair, service and installation shops, vehicle dealers, and retailers and jobbers.

Product categories on the organizer's list include parts and components, diagnostics and repair, electronics and connectivity, accessories and customizing, car wash and reconditioning, alternative drive systems and fuels, tires and wheels, and body and paint. The show is run by Latin Press Inc., whose Latin Plus loyalty program rewards attendees with points.

Hours

• Registration opens at 10:00 and the floor opens at 11:00.
• Exhibition: Day 1, 11:00–18:30; Day 2, 11:00–17:00 (the second day closes earlier).
• Conferences: Day 1, 12:00–17:00; Day 2, 12:00–16:00.

Conference program

The academic congress is sold at two admission levels. Basic and Premium admission both include the conferences and exhibition, an academic kit, conference proceedings, an electronic certificate of attendance and a digital subscription to the event's magazine; Premium adds lunches.

The 2027 theme is "Transformation and competitiveness: new challenges for the auto parts and aftermarket industry," with lines on smart manufacturing, electrification and ADAS, nearshoring and supply chain, aftermarket distribution, and sustainability. The full program had not been published at the time of writing.

• A formal–casual dress code applies, and the organizing committee reserves the right of admission.
• The CALA Awards, organized by Aftermarket International Magazine, recognize mechanical repair workshops.
