CARAVAN SALON Düsseldorf runs August 27–September 5, 2027 on the Messe Düsseldorf fairground. Over all ten days, visitor hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

What it is

CARAVAN SALON is Messe Düsseldorf's trade fair for motorhomes, caravans and mobile travel, open to the public as well as to the trade. It covers leisure vehicles of all categories, motorhomes, caravans, roof-top and drive-away tents, technical equipment, conversion components and tourism. The organiser reported 259,000 visitors and 834 exhibitors from 41 countries at the 2026 fair.

The fair is organised into areas, including:

• Motorhomes & Caravans;
• Campervans, the compact class and vanlife;
• Premium, for luxury vehicles, liners and off-roaders;
• Travel & Nature, with tourism destinations, nature regions and campsites;
• Equipment & Outdoor, for caravanning accessories, tents and outdoor gear.

Planning a visit

• Halls in use are 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.0, 7a and 10–17, plus an open-air area, with entrances North A, North B, East, South and Southeast.
• For first-timers, the StarterWelt area is aimed at beginners, and the supporting programme covers self-conversion projects on a Travel & Nature CONNECTED stage.
• Business visitors have a dedicated B2B section on the organiser's site.
