Connect Spring Marketplace 2027

Connect Spring Marketplace is the spring buyer-supplier event of the Connect meetings brand. Hosted meeting and event planners meet destinations, hotels and event suppliers in pre-scheduled one-to-one appointments, with education and networking across corporate, association, citywide and international tracks.

Connect Spring Marketplace runs April 21–23, 2027 in Las Vegas.

What it is

Connect Spring Marketplace brings together buyers and suppliers in the meetings and events industry. The organizer describes it as bringing together "top buyers, suppliers, destinations, and hospitality leaders". Business is done through curated one-to-one meetings and matchmaking, with education and networking around them.

Buyers are meeting and event professionals sourcing vendors. Suppliers are companies selling into conference, trade show, meeting and sports event budgets. The organizer's site names Wynn Las Vegas as the host for 2027.

Registration types

• Hosted buyer: qualifying planners apply. Connect covers their travel and hotel, and they get up to 45 marketplace appointments with suppliers.
• Supplier: a three-day badge with networking events, education, and a guaranteed number of marketplace appointments with hosted buyers.
• Buyer Power Pass: for buyers who are not hosted. It gives access to the event without committing to one-to-one appointments.

Tracks and schedule

Marketplace tracks cover Corporate, Association, Citywide, Business Travel, Diversity and International business. Day one (Wednesday, April 21) opens in the afternoon with registration, a first-timers' orientation, breakout education and an opening reception. Day two runs from a morning walk and breakfast through mainstage education, marketplace appointment blocks and evening networking, including the White Party.
