Connect West runs November 4–5, 2026 at The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa, Scottsdale.

What it is

Connect West is a regional buyer-supplier event for meetings and events professionals in the Western U.S. It matches MICE buyers with suppliers based on what they are looking for, where they do business and what they want to achieve. AI-powered matchmaking schedules the one-to-one meetings before the event. Buyers are meeting and event planners sourcing vendors in the Western region.

Suppliers are companies that want contracts from buyers who control spend in the region. The event also includes education sessions and networking.

How attendance works

• Hosted buyers apply to attend. Qualifying planners get round-trip airfare to Scottsdale, two hotel nights, the opening reception and networking events, 3+ hours of education, and up to 25 marketplace appointments.
• Suppliers register separately and receive up to 25 appointments with qualified hosted buyers. A supplier hotel room block is available until October 14.

Schedule

• Wednesday, November 4: pre-conference outings in Scottsdale, then badge pickup ("Regiception") from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m., a welcome education session, and an opening reception in the evening.
• Thursday, November 5: breakfast and education, then marketplace appointment blocks from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 to 4:30 PM, with a lunch education session between them. Closing cocktails end the day.
