Cyber Security Summit Atlanta 2027

Atlanta's Official Cybersecurity Summit takes place on Thursday, February 4, 2027, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead, 3300 Peachtree Road NE. The organiser numbers it the 16th Atlanta summit.

Who it is for

The summit is one day of panels, fast-track discussions and vendor demonstrations aimed at CISOs, security executives and the practitioners who run their programmes. It is produced by CyberRisk Alliance, which runs the same format in cities across the US.

Admission is reserved for active cybersecurity, IT and information security practitioners, and every registration is reviewed. Students, interns, educators, people not currently employed in IT, and anyone in a sales or marketing role are not eligible.

Topics

• Emerging-tech risk. AI and automation in security operations, and the new classes of vulnerability those tools introduce.
• The extended attack surface. Compromised vendors, cloud integrations and identity controls, with zero trust and access governance.
• Risk in business terms. Quantifying cyber risk to prioritise spending and report to the board.

Practical notes

Breakfast, a networking lunch and a closing cocktail reception are part of the day. Attendees who stay for the whole day and confirm their attendance at the end receive a certificate for Continuing Education Units (CEU) or Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits.
