EFTTEX 2027

Annual European trade fair for the fishing tackle industry, showcasing the latest products and technologies for fishing professionals.

EFTTEX 2027

EFTTEX 2027, the European Fishing Tackle Trade Exhibition, runs June 23–25, 2027 in Hall 4 at PVA Expo Praha in Letňany, Prague, Czech Republic. It follows the 2026 show in Barcelona.

What it is

EFTTEX is a business-to-business trade show for the fishing tackle industry, where tackle manufacturers and brands show new products to buyers from the trade. The European Fishing Tackle Trade Association (EFTTA) started it in 1982, and it has moved between European cities since then. EFTTA stopped organizing the show itself after 2022: it licensed the EFTTEX brand to an independent organizer, and since 2025 the show has been run by Resolutions Ltd, the company that ran it from 2000 to 2019.

EFTTA continues to support the show, and EFTTA membership is no longer a condition for exhibiting. After no show between 2019 and 2023, it returned in Budapest in 2023 and Brussels in 2025, then went to Barcelona in 2026.

On the floor

• Best New Product competition: exhibitors enter products for awards judged across categories. The 2026 categories were Apparel & General, Carp, Feeder & Coarse, Fly Fishing, Saltwater Fishing, and Spinning & Baitcasting, with sub-categories such as rods, reels, line, hooks and rigs, hard and soft lures, bait, clothing, footwear and waders.
• Casting pool: available for product demonstrations.

Stand space is booked by email with the EFTTEX team, who work from a floorplan published on the show's site.
