EXPO REAL, the international trade fair for real estate, investment and infrastructure, runs October 4–6, 2027 at Messe München in Munich. Visitor hours are 09:00–19:00 on Monday and Tuesday and 09:00–16:00 on the final day, Wednesday, October 6; the turnstiles open at 08:53.

What it is

Run by Messe München, EXPO REAL covers the full value chain of the real estate industry, from development and financing to realisation, marketing and operation. The organiser points to office, hotel, retail, logistics and residential property for institutional investors as the main asset classes, and places established companies and startups on the same floor.
