Future Labs Live USA 2026

Future Labs Live USA is Terrapinn's laboratory show and conference for lab professionals across pharma, biotech, clinical R&D, chemical, industrial and food labs. It pairs an exhibition of lab technology suppliers with a program on automation, digital transformation, data and sustainability, and it is part of Terrapinn's Lab Live Series.

Future Labs Live USA runs October 28–29, 2026 at Pennsylvania Convention Center, Philadelphia.

What it is

Future Labs Live USA is Terrapinn's laboratory show and conference, with the tagline "Building the Infrastructure of the Intelligent Lab." It gathers the lab community across pharma, biotech, clinical R&D, chemical, industrial, food and beverage, and FMCG labs. The focus is automation, connectivity, infrastructure, sustainability and workflow integration.

Attendees include strategy heads, procurement leaders, lab managers and technical stakeholders. The organizer also targets start-ups, investors and distributors looking for suppliers new to North America.

Exhibitor categories include lab informatics and digitization, AI, lab analytics, cloud services, lab infrastructure and design, integrated lab solutions, consumables, lab equipment suppliers and property developers.

On the floor and in the conference

• On-floor theaters with talks on digital transformation, connectivity, data management, analytics and sustainability
• Start-Ups Zone for early-stage lab technology companies and investors
• Connectivity Excellence Showcase, first presented at sister event London Lab Live
• Conference themes by day. Day 1 covers Automation & Robotics; Data Management, Standards & Analytics; Digital Transformation; and Sustainability. Day 2 covers Connectivity & Collaboration; Lab Operations & Efficiency; Facilities, Real Estate & Clean Room; and AI, Machine & Deep Learning.
• CPD accreditation. Register for sessions in advance in the Terrapinn Events app to earn CPD hours. Certificate instructions are emailed after the event.

Practical details

• The show is in Hall E. It runs 9:00 am–6:00 pm Wednesday, October 28, with a shorter Thursday, 9:00 am–3:00 pm.
• Visitor tickets are free. Attendees must be 18 or older, and business attire is typical.
• There is no on-site parking, but garages and surface lots are within walking distance.
• The Terrapinn event app opens to attendees four weeks before the show for meeting requests and agenda building.
