What it is

This is a consumer holiday shopping show produced by Marketplace Events. Local businesses and artisan vendors sell holiday décor, apparel, food, jewelry, toys, treats and more.

The organizer bills it as "an annual holiday tradition and one of the top attended holiday shows in the US", and 2026 is its 26th anniversary. Santa visits, and there is a Package Check for shoppers carrying a lot of bags.

Hours

• Friday, November 20: 12:30–8:00 p.m.
• Saturday, November 21: 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
• Sunday, November 22: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (earliest close)

Some timed tickets let you in earlier or later:

• VIP Shopper Morning, Friday only, 9:00 a.m.–noon
• Early Bird Admission, Saturday only, 9:00–11:00 a.m.
• Girls Night Out, Friday and Saturday, 4:00–8:00 p.m.

All three are sold online only, and VIP and Early Bird tickets are limited in number. Strollers, wagons and carts are not allowed during the VIP and Early Bird hours.

Admission notes

Children 12 and under get in free. Advance online tickets cost less until opening day, when they rise to the door price. Sunday is Hero Day: active military, veterans, police, fire, healthcare workers and first responders get in free with valid ID.

The organizer notes that the convention center does not provide wheelchairs or scooters. There is a group hotel rate if you book by October 6, 2026.
