Groceryshop 2027

A major trade show focused on innovation in grocery retail, including specialty foods. It brings together retailers, suppliers, and technology providers for networking and product discovery.

Groceryshop 2027

Groceryshop 2027 runs September 13–15, 2027 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada. It returns to the same venue as 2026, earlier in September.

What it is

Groceryshop calls itself "The global event for everyday retail": three days for grocers and everyone else competing for the everyday basket — mass, club, dollar, convenience, pharmacy and gas retailers, and the consumer packaged goods brands that sell through them, from food and beverage and beer, wine and spirits to household and personal care, health and wellness, and pet care. It is produced by the team behind Shoptalk. The organizer says it brings 4,000 senior leaders from 50+ countries.

The agenda mixes exclusive research, case studies and working sessions; 2026 themes included AI on the shelf and in the store, retail media across grocery, drug, mass and club, and the shopper trip across formats.

Meetup

Every ticket includes Meetup, the event's one-to-one meetings program. Attendees build a profile, choose who they want to meet, and a meeting is confirmed only when both sides opt in.

The organizer sends a step-by-step guide four weeks before the event. Technology providers can buy upgraded access to reach retailer and brand tech buyers.

Sister events

The same team's 2027 calendar also includes Shoptalk Luxe (February 2–4, Abu Dhabi), Shoptalk Spring (March 22–24, Las Vegas), Shoptalk Europe (June 1–3, Barcelona) and Shoptalk Fall (October 5–7, Nashville).
