Impressions Expo Long Beach 2027

Impressions Expo Long Beach runs Thursday to Saturday, January 21–23, 2027 at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center in Long Beach, California. Expo hall hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday.

What it is

Impressions Expo is the trade show and conference for the decorated apparel and imprinted products industry, run by Emerald X with events in Long Beach, Atlantic City and Dallas. The show floor carries apparel, equipment and products for screen printing, embroidery, sublimation and other decorating techniques, with hands-on demonstrations. The organiser says 90% of Long Beach attendees come from California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Oregon and Washington.

Schedule and conference

• Conference sessions run 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday. The Impressions conference has five tracks of workshops and seminars, from beginner to advanced.
• Registration opens at 8 a.m. each day.
• Happy hour runs 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Friday.

Rules to know

• No under-16s. No infants or children under 16 are allowed on the expo floor or in workshops and conference seminars, and proof of age is required.
• Photography. Unauthorised photography or video recording is not allowed on the expo floor or in conference rooms without permission.
• Visa letters can be requested during registration, and EvolveCon via HotelMap is the official housing agent.
