IMTS 2026
The International Manufacturing Technology Show runs 14–19 September 2026 in Chicago, Illinois.
IMTS is the largest manufacturing technology show in the Americas, held every two years. It is where machine tools, automation, additive manufacturing and the software that drives modern production are shown at working scale — much of the floor is running machinery, not brochures, which is why manufacturing engineers treat the trip as equipment evaluation rather than browsing.
The biennial cadence concentrates buying decisions: for many manufacturers, IMTS year is capital-equipment year.
