Maison&Objet Paris, January 2027

Maison&Objet Paris runs January 14–18, 2027 at the Parc des expositions Paris Nord in Villepinte, north of Paris. It is the first of the fair's two sessions in 2027; the second is in September 2027, dates still to be confirmed.

What it is

Maison&Objet is a trade fair for decoration, design and lifestyle, run by SAFI. It brings together brands, designers and buyers from home décor, furniture, lifestyle and interior design. The organiser offers several ways to visit: specialised, guided, early-morning or tailored to a visitor's profile and goals.

The January 2027 programme

• Designer of the Year. British designer and artist Paul Cocksedge is Designer of the Year for January 2027, and an ambassador of Maison&Objet Premier and In the City.
• "Sensory Shift". The organiser's 2027 theme is about slowing down, and Cocksedge's installation "Tension" explores it.
• Conferences, trends and talent run alongside the stands; the full programme is published on the fair's site.

Beyond the fair

• A professionals-only city itinerary. The organiser also runs a curated route through 100 Paris addresses: decorators, interior architects, galleries, prestigious houses and master artisans.
• MOM (Maison & More) is the organiser's digital marketplace for design and interior design professionals.
