NARPM Annual Convention & Trade Show 2027

The National Association of Residential Property Managers holds its 2027 Annual Convention and Expo on October 18–21, 2027 at the Loews Arlington Hotel in Arlington, Texas.

What it is

The Annual Convention is NARPM's national gathering for residential property managers, run alongside a trade show of industry vendors. NARPM describes an agenda of workshops and classes that may be counted toward its certifications, plus affiliate presentations and national speakers.

Planning notes

• Certification credit. Classes may count toward NARPM designations, so members working toward one should check which sessions qualify.
• Arrive early. At the 2026 convention, a Welcome Reception and a First-Timer Attendee Reception ran the evening before the main programme opened; check the organiser's schedule for 2027.
• Other NARPM national events in 2027. The NARPM Capitol Summit runs February 16–18, 2027 at The Royal Sonesta Washington DC Capitol Hill, and the Broker/Owner Conference and Expo runs April 26–29, 2027 at Aria in Las Vegas.
• Attendee lists. NARPM says it does not sell participant lists for its conventions and asks members to disregard offers selling them.
