ULI Fall Meeting 2027 in Philadelphia

The Urban Land Institute's Fall Meeting is scheduled for October 18–20, 2027 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. ULI lists the date and venue on its future-meetings page; registration and the 2027 programme have not opened yet.

What it is

The Fall Meeting is ULI's autumn gathering of real estate and land-use professionals. The organiser describes an audience of developers, investors and finance professionals, architects and planners, public sector leaders, real estate executives and service providers such as attorneys, consultants and appraisers. The 2026 meeting in Miami organised its programme around themes including capital markets and investment, housing strategies, sustainability and resilience, tech and innovation, and urban transformation.

How the meeting runs

Based on the 2026 schedule:

• Tours open the meeting. Day one starts with city showcase tours of local projects, followed by short presentations, a general session and a welcome reception. Some tours sold out ahead of the 2026 meeting.
• Sessions are in person only. In 2026 ULI recorded nothing for later viewing and offered no digital access package.
• Product Councils. Product Council dinners and meetings run on the second and third days; council members must register for the in-person meeting.
• Continuing education. Sessions approved for credit carry AIA and AICP designations in the schedule and the ULI Events app.
• Hotels. ULI's hotel block is first come, first served, and booking opens to attendees after they register.

Other ULI meetings

ULI's Spring Meeting 2027 is May 11–13 at the Seattle Convention Center, Summit Building. The 2028 Fall Meeting moves to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, October 2–5.
