The Northwest Sportshow runs March 18–21, 2027 at Minneapolis Convention Center, Minneapolis.

What it is

The Northwest Sportshow is a four-day public outdoors show. The organizer describes its exhibitors as "trusted local experts, from hunting to fishing and everything in-between." The show also includes an RV area. Marketplace Events produces the show, and the show site carries the exhibitor list, show specials and new products.

The organizer has not yet posted the 2027 features. The 2026 show had a free catch-and-release trout pond for kids, a fishing demonstration tank with expert anglers, Fishing 101, fishing seminars on walleye, muskie and fishing tech, and Ducks Unlimited conservation auctions and raffles.

Hours

• Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (shorter last day)

Admission

• Tickets bought online cost less than at the box office. There is also an online-only four-pack.
• Children 12 and under get in free.
• Seniors (60+) get in free on Thursday, March 18, at the box office with ID.
• Admission is reduced after 5 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, at the box office only.
• Active military, veterans, police, firefighters, EMTs and medical professionals get a daily discount at the box office with ID.

Getting there

Several parking ramps nearby connect to the convention center by skyway, including the Plaza ramp across 2nd Avenue South. Parking can be reserved in advance. A shuttle runs from the Hiawatha light-rail line to the convention center.
