Ocala Pet Palooza 2026

Ocala Pet Palooza is a two-day indoor consumer pet show in Ocala, Florida, run by Ballantine Management. It has pet product vendors, pet parades and costume contests, behavior, training and pet care programming, and on-site adoptions through local rescue groups.

Ocala Pet Palooza runs October 17–18, 2026 at World Equestrian Center Ocala Expo Center, Ocala.

What it is

This is a consumer pet show, not a trade event, run by Ballantine Management, an event company based in Orlando. Its tagline is "Play • Shop • Learn • Adopt". Over two days, visitors shop from vendors selling pet-related products and watch pet parades and costume contests.

Rescue groups are on site, and you can adopt an animal at the show. The organizer lists adoption, animal exhibits, behavior and training, birds, cats, dogs, dog races, grooming, horses, pet care, pet food, a pet blessing and reptile encounters in the lineup. The organizer calls 2026 the "4th Annual" show, and it is held indoors.

Visiting with your pet

• Open 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.
• Friendly, leashed pets are welcome if their vaccinations are up to date. Owners must keep them under control and clean up after them.
• The show is in Expo Center 2 at 1598 NW 87th Court Rd.
• Tickets cost less if you buy in advance, and the advance ticket covers both days. Children 12 and under get in free. The box office has a reduced rate for seniors, military and first responders.
• On-site parking is free, and shuttles run as needed.
• Discounted rooms for show guests are available at the World Equestrian Center's Riding Academy Hotel and at nearby hotels.

For exhibitors

Ballantine invites vendors of pet products, services, treats, apparel and handmade items for animals or their owners. Vendors apply online. Each exhibitor is listed on the show website with a link to its own site, and sponsorships are available.
