Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary 2027

Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary (PBM+C) is an annual winter art fair in West Palm Beach, Florida, presented by Art Miami and organised by Informa Markets Art, LLC. Galleries present contemporary, modern, classical modern, post-war and pop-era works to collectors, curators, museum directors and interior designers.

Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary 2027

Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary runs March 18–21, 2027 in West Palm Beach. The dates come from the exhibitor application published by its organiser, Informa Markets Art, LLC. The 2027 venue has not yet been announced on the fair's site; the 2026 fair was held at the Palm Beach County Convention Center, 650 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach.

What it is

Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary (PBM+C) is a winter art fair presented by Art Miami. The organiser says the fair offers works "at the forefront of the international contemporary, modern, classical modern, post-war and pop eras," and names its audience as collectors, curators, museum directors and interior designers. It is a gallery fair: exhibitors are galleries presenting their artists, and the exhibitor application covers paintings, prints, video installations, sculpture and photography.

It is a different event from Art Palm Beach, which is run by a different organiser at the same convention center in late January. PBM+C's sibling fairs, all listed on its site, are Art Miami, CONTEXT Art Miami, Aqua Art Miami and Miami Modern + Contemporary.

Schedule and hours

The fair opens with an invitation-only VIP Preview evening, followed by three days of general admission. In 2026 the VIP Preview ran 5pm–9pm on the Thursday, for PBM+C VIP passholders and press, benefiting the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens.

General admission hours were 11am–6pm Friday through Sunday. Hours for 2027 have not yet been posted, so check the organiser's visitor information page before travelling.

Satellite exhibition

In 2026 the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens, the VIP Preview beneficiary, served as a satellite venue for the fair. It hosted an exhibition by that year's Artist in Residence, sculptor Kevin Barrett, curated by a PBM+C exhibitor.

Getting there

For the 2026 fair, the organiser listed self-parking at the convention center on all fair days and valet on VIP Preview night, plus public parking at The Square garages nearby. Travel bookings go through the fair's official travel partner, and the organiser names the West Palm Beach Marriott, a short walk from the convention center, as a partner hotel.

Galleries apply through the fair's online application, which a selection committee reviews. The organiser gives January 20, 2027 as the application deadline for the 2027 fair.
