Parker County Peach Festival 2027

The Parker County Peach Festival is a one-day community festival held in Weatherford, Texas on the second Saturday of each July. It celebrates the county's peach growers with craft and food booths, live music and a peach cooking contest. The Weatherford Chamber of Commerce runs it.

What it is

A one-day community street festival celebrating Parker County's peach crop. The Weatherford Chamber of Commerce runs it and owns the name as a registered trademark.

The organizer says its mission is "to celebrate and promote the agricultural heritage of Parker County" by highlighting the local peach industry. The 2027 festival is the 42nd annual, and it is always held on the second Saturday in July.

This is a public festival, not a business trade show. The organizer states that it "is not a business showcase event". Businesses can take part through Chamber sponsorships, and some can host an approved activity booth in the Children's Area.

What's on

• Over 200 arts, crafts, food and activity booths
• Two entertainment stages and two children's areas with rides
• The Peach Pedal bike ride and a "42" domino tourney
• A Peach Food Competition in which every entry must use peaches. The 2026 categories included cobblers and pies, salsa, jams and ice cream.

Hours and getting there

The festival runs 8 a.m.–4 p.m. From I-20, take exits 403, 406, 408, 409 A or B, 410 or 413. For the 2026 festival, parking was free at remote lots, including Weatherford College and Heritage Park, with free air-conditioned Weatherford ISD school-bus shuttles, and handicap parking and a shuttle were at the Ninth Grade Center.
