The Global Produce & Floral Show 2026

The Global Produce & Floral Show is the International Fresh Produce Association's yearly trade show for the fresh produce and floral supply chain. It brings grower-shippers, suppliers, retailers, wholesalers and foodservice buyers together and moves among US cities.

The Global Produce & Floral Show runs October 14–16, 2026 in Orlando, Florida.

What it is

The International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA) runs the Global Show for the whole fresh produce and floral supply chain. Grower-shippers, suppliers, brokers, supermarket buyers, wholesalers, floral and foodservice companies attend.

IFPA counts 20,000+ attendees and 1,000+ exhibitors. The floor is organized by category: core products (produce, floral and complementary items) sit alongside a Business Solutions & Innovations pavilion covering retail tech, supply chain logistics, sustainable packaging, heavy machinery, and science and technology.

For 2026 the show has moved to a Wednesday–Friday weekday schedule.

How the three days run

• Tuesday, Oct 13 (pre-show): the Global Study Tour, hosted with Sprouts Farmers Market, is a separate registration.
• Wednesday, Oct 14: IFPA CEO Cathy Burns gives the State of the Industry address. The Education Festival runs from 10:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The evening Welcome Reception requires an All Access Pass or separate registration.
• Thursday, Oct 15 and Friday, Oct 16: the expo is open 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Food Safety & Tech X-Change sessions (30-minute informal discussions) run in the Innovation Hub. Anyone with a badge can attend the Thursday evening community receptions.

Passes and travel

There are two main passes. Expo Only is aimed at attendees focused solely on products and innovation.

The All Access Pass adds guaranteed seating at the State of the Industry and keynotes, plus the Women's Fresh Perspectives Breakfast. IFPA says Expovision is its only sanctioned housing company, and shuttles run between most official hotels and the convention center.

The show moves between cities. IFPA lists Atlanta for October 20–22, 2027 and Anaheim for October 18–20, 2028.
