PerformX Live 2027

PerformX Live runs February 24–25, 2027 at the NEC Birmingham in Birmingham, United Kingdom. The organizer bills it as "the unmissable business of fitness event."

What it is

PerformX Live is a two-day conference and exhibition for the business side of the UK fitness and wellbeing industry. The organizer says it is built for industry leaders, gym owners, personal trainers and coaches, with separate content streams for each, and that it brings together decision makers from fitness, hospitality and education.

The speaker program is curated by an industry Advisory Board. Exhibitors are equipment makers, software and service providers and other brands selling to gyms and trainers; the organizer names Life Fitness and Nike Strength among past exhibitors, and it publishes a 2027 exhibitor guide for brands considering a stand.

How the show is laid out

At the 2026 show the program ran across several stages and zones, most open 9am–5pm on both days:

Main Stage Auditorium: keynotes, panels and masterclasses, curated by the Advisory Board.
The PerformX Stage (the business stage): leadership, sales, marketing, finance and mindset sessions for gym owners and managers.
XLAB Stage: business, coaching and behavior-change sessions for coaches, PTs and practitioners.
The Coaching Zone: hands-on, practical coaching workshops for personal trainers.
Gym of the Future: a showcase of gym design and customer experience.
VIP Club: an all-day networking lounge for senior decision makers.

The 2026 show closed with an on-site After Party in the PerformX Hall from 5pm to 10pm on the final day, and attendees used a networking app before and during the event. The 2027 schedule had not been posted when this page was written; the site still showed the 2026 program.
