PV CellTech USA is a two-day conference from PV Tech (Informa Markets) on scaling U.S. solar wafer, cell and module manufacturing, bringing together manufacturers, supply-chain specialists, policymakers and investors.

PV CellTech USA runs October 13–14, 2026 in Burlingame.

What it is

PV CellTech USA is a two-day conference on U.S. silicon-based solar manufacturing: wafers, cells and module capacity. PV Tech Conferences runs it as part of the Informa Markets Division.

The format is two days of presentations, panel debates and networking breaks. Attendees include policymakers, manufacturers, supply-chain specialists, new technology entrants and investors.

The program covers:

• which companies have commissioned new U.S. wafer and cell lines and what equipment they chose
• U.S. incentive schemes and foreign-entity-of-concern rules through 2030
• building a domestic supply chain, from polysilicon and wafers to frames and trackers
• n-type, TOPCon and back-contact cell designs
• export pathways for U.S. manufacturers

Program format

Day one opens at 09:00 PDT with a welcome address, followed by a session on the future of U.S. PV manufacturing. Sessions and panels through the day cover solar policy and trade actions, bankable supply chains, value-chain partnerships and manufacturing quality.

The Innovation Showcase session series gives the floor to start-ups and emerging suppliers, including perovskite and tandem developers and polysilicon and materials start-ups. After day one, a networking drinks event at a nearby Burlingame venue runs from 18:30 to 20:30, with free shuttle buses from the conference venue.
