Routes Americas 2027

Routes Americas is an air service development forum that its organizer describes as the only one uniting the Americas. Senior decision-makers from airlines, airports and destinations meet there for face-to-face meetings, a conference program and networking events. It is run by Routes, part of Informa Markets.

Routes Americas runs February 10–12, 2027 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

What it is

The organizer calls Routes Americas "the only air service development forum uniting the Americas." It brings together senior decision-makers from airlines, airports, destinations and other aviation stakeholders. The core of the event is face-to-face meetings in the Airline Meeting Hall. Around those meetings run a conference program with airline CEOs and industry experts, an exhibition hall and a program of social events.

It is one of the Routes forums, and the Routes site is operated by Informa Markets. The Puerto Rico Tourism Company is hosting the 2027 event.

How the three days run

• Tuesday, February 9 (pre-event): complimentary tours and badge collection. The badge-collection time and location had not been announced when this page was written.
• Wednesday–Friday: the registration desk, information hub and exhibition hall open at 08:00 on Wednesday and Thursday and at 08:30 on Friday. Airline meetings in the Airline Meeting Hall run alongside conference sessions in the Keynote Theatre.
• The program lists a welcome reception on Wednesday and a networking evening on Thursday. Their times and locations had not been announced.
• On Friday a handover lunch is hosted by the hosts of Routes Americas 2028, and the event closes at 17:30.

Registering and hotels

You must have a Routes account to register. Accounts are verified by hand, which can take up to 48 hours, and registration and payment open only after approval, so leave time for that step. The organizer is arranging room blocks through its official hotel provider, HotelMap, and says brands such as Hilton, Sheraton and Hyatt will be bookable.
