Takeoff North America 2026

TakeOff North America is the Routes event for the North American domestic air service development community. Airlines, airports, destinations and suppliers meet there for pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings, conference sessions and networking. It is organized by Routes, part of Informa Markets.

TakeOff North America runs December 8–10, 2026 in Rogers, Arkansas.

What it is

TakeOff North America is a route-development event for the domestic air service community within North America. It is run under the Routes brand, part of Informa Markets.

Airlines, airports, destinations and suppliers from across the region come to set up new air service and review existing routes, and the airports include ones handling up to 10 million passengers a year. Exhibitors put their brand in front of more than 180 organizations the organizer expects to attend, and they can run live product demonstrations on their stands.

How the days run

The event has two business days, with a welcome evening before them:

• Tuesday, December 8: welcome reception at the Heartland Whole Health Institute, 18:30–20:30.
• Wednesday, December 9: meetings in the Airline Meeting Hall, conference sessions in the Keynote Theatre, and networking breaks and lunch in the Exhibition Hall. The day ends with a networking evening at the SEC Club, Arkansas Razorbacks Stadium, 18:00–22:00.
• Thursday, December 10: the same format, with the last meeting block ending at 16:55.

Meetings and conference

The event is built around pre-booked, one-to-one meetings in 20-minute slots. Airport and tourism delegates can send meeting requests to airlines from early November. Routes 360 members and exhibitors get one week of priority access, and the system opens to all other delegates the week before the event.

The conference has keynote interviews, panel discussions and airline briefings on air service development issues in the region. Speakers already confirmed come from Airlines for America, the Regional Airline Association and ACI-NA.
