The organizer describes this as the second dedicated exhibition and conference in the US focused entirely on textile recycling. It covers the whole value chain, from collection and sorting systems to fiber-to-fiber recycling technologies and brands' circularity strategies.

It covers emerging technologies, circular business models and the shifting policy landscape; the organizer points to growing attention on extended producer responsibility (EPR) frameworks for textiles.
• Co-located show: the event shares its dates with the new Textiles Manufacturing Expo, and a single ticket covers both. Visitors can follow textiles from production through to reuse and recycling.
