The Cooperator Expo 2026

A national real estate expo series focused on cooperative and condominium ownership markets, providing education, vendor exhibits, and networking.

CooperatorEvents Chicagoland Expo 2026

The CooperatorEvents Chicagoland Expo is on October 22, 2026 at Navy Pier, Chicago. It is a one-day show, open 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with exhibits, seminars and networking all under one roof. This is the fall Chicagoland show; a separate spring show is held in Rosemont.

What it is

The expo is run by Yale Robbins, publisher of The Cooperator newspapers, and is aimed at the people who run residential buildings: condo, co-op and HOA board members, property managers, shareholders, apartment building owners and real estate professionals. The organiser lists over 175 exhibitors offering building services, with categories including roofing, security, painting, property management, masonry contractors, exterior maintenance, energy efficiency and conservation, and general contractors.

Planning a visit

• Seminars and free advice. Informative seminars run during the day, and visitors can get free advice from industry experts.
• Register ahead. Registration, the exhibitor list, floor plan, seminar list, schedule and directions are on the expo's own site.
• One day only. Everything happens on the single show day, so plan around the hours above.
