The JOCO Home + Remodeling Show 2026

The JOCO Home + Remodeling Show is a fall consumer home show at the Overland Park Convention Center. Johnson County homeowners meet local remodeling and home-improvement professionals there, shop show specials and watch expert stage presentations. It is produced by Marketplace Events.

The JOCO Home + Remodeling Show runs October 23–25, 2026 at Overland Park Convention Center, Overland Park.

What it is

This is a public home show for Johnson County homeowners. Visitors shop in person for home products and services, talk to local home professionals, look at feature displays and watch stage presentations. The exhibit floor has more than 200 booths, with categories such as kitchens and baths and flooring, and many exhibitors offer show-only deals.

Marketplace Events produces it. The company also runs the Johnson County Home + Garden Show and the KC Remodel + Garden Show. 2026 is the show's 10th year, and a "Decade of Design" feature shows two rooms comparing how design trends have changed over that decade.

Hours and admission

• Friday and Saturday: 10 a.m.–8 p.m.
• Sunday: 10 a.m.–6 p.m., the shortest day.

Tickets bought online cost less than at the door, and a single-day ticket is good for one day only. Some visitors get free admission:

• children 12 and under
• seniors 65+ all weekend (show ID at the box office; online tickets are not available for this offer)
• active military, veterans and first responders all weekend, each with one free companion ticket
• teachers and school staff with a valid ID, on Sunday, October 25 only

On stage and practical notes

HGTV's Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt, of 100 Day Dream Home, appear live on stage Friday at 6 p.m. and Saturday at noon. Parking at the convention center is free, and the lot is on the north side of the building off 110th Street. The Sheraton Overland Park Hotel is attached to the center.
