Valve World Calgary Expo & Conference 2028

A Calgary expo and technical conference for the valve and flow control industry, organized by KCI World and Messe Düsseldorf. It is for valve manufacturers, end users, EPCs, engineers and maintenance professionals serving Canada's energy sector.

Valve World Calgary Expo & Conference runs June 7–8, 2028 at TELUS Convention Centre, Calgary.

What it is

The event is organized by KCI World, the media and events company behind the Valve World titles, and Messe Düsseldorf. It is aimed at valve manufacturers, end users, EPCs, engineers and maintenance professionals. The expo floor covers industrial valves, valve automation and flow control, and the organizer promises "100+ exhibitors" over the two days.

The conference covers issues from design and manufacturing through procurement, use and maintenance, with technical presentations and real-world case studies. The organizer pitches Calgary as the center of Canada's energy industry.

Practical details

• The show uses the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre North Building, at 136 8 Ave SE.
• Visitors can pre-register online. The organizer has not yet posted daily hours ("More information to come soon").

What the first Calgary show looked like

This is the second Calgary show. The first ran June 3–4, 2026 and was the first Valve World event north of the U.S. border. According to the organizer's recap:

• Valve World Industrial Valve Courses (Basic and Master classes) ran as full-day sessions the day before the main event.
• Keynotes ran on both days, and each day had a panel discussion.
• Parallel sessions ran in two conference rooms alongside the exhibit.
