Advanced Textiles Expo 2026

Advanced Textiles Expo is the Advanced Textiles Association's trade show for the specialty, advanced and industrial textiles supply chain. Manufacturers, fabricators, engineers and designers meet suppliers of fabrics, hardware, equipment and services there.

Advanced Textiles Expo runs November 3–5, 2026 in Orlando.

What it is

The Advanced Textiles Association (ATA) runs this trade show for specialty, advanced and industrial textiles. It covers the whole supply chain, from raw materials to finished products. On the floor you'll find fabrics (coated, woven, non-woven, laminated, smart/electronic), fibers and yarns, hardware and components, sewing, welding and cutting equipment, software, and services such as coating, printing and testing.

The organizer names its audience as manufacturers, fabricators, engineers, designers, suppliers and decision-makers. It groups the show by market segment: awnings and canopies, fabric structures, marine, military/tactical, outdoor recreational, smart/technical textiles, and tarps and truck covers.

Show floor schedule

• Floor hours are 10 a.m.–5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3 and Wednesday, November 4. Thursday, November 5 is a short day, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
• Classroom education runs 8:30–9:45 a.m. each show day, before the floor opens. Show-floor education sessions and live demonstrations run during floor hours.
• Industry Night on Tuesday evening is an add-on purchased during registration.
• ATA members pay less for registration.

Conference and co-located show

The Emerging Technologies Conference is held the day before the floor opens, on Monday, November 2, and is added to an Expo ticket as a separate purchase. Its research-led sessions cover topics such as anti-smoke textiles, biobased fire retardants and dust-resistant space-suit fabric, and the day ends with a networking reception. The conference ticket also covers the full show.

The expo is co-located with Messe Stuttgart's Sun Shading Expo North America under one badge. Visitors to either show can use the combined floor, show-floor education, keynotes and networking receptions. Classroom education is limited to each show's own registrants.
