Agri-Trade Equipment Exposition 2026

Agri-Trade Equipment Expo is a farm equipment show held over three days each November in Red Deer, Alberta, for farmers, ranchers and agricultural professionals. It has been run since 1984 as a joint venture of the Red Deer & District Chamber of Commerce and Westerner Park.

What it is

Agri-Trade is a farm equipment show held over three days every November for farmers, ranchers and agricultural professionals. Exhibitors cover farm machinery, precision ag and ag-tech solutions, along with agricultural services and products.

The organizer puts the exhibitor count at over 500 and describes the audience as over 32,000 qualified agricultural buyers. The show began in 1984 and is run as a joint venture between the Red Deer & District Chamber of Commerce and Westerner Park.

The timing is the point. Agri-Trade is the first major show after harvest, so it lands when producers know their budgets and are planning next season's purchases.

Visiting the show

• Hours: 9 am to 5 pm every day, Wednesday to Friday.
• Tickets: daily tickets cost less bought online in advance than at the door, and both include parking. Children 12 and under get in free with an adult. Tickets bought in advance are non-refundable.
• Floor: exhibits are both indoors and outdoors.
• Comforts: a coat check for heavy winter outerwear in the Parkland Pavilion, and free morning coffee and pastries in the Centrium Lobby and Prairie Pavilion Gallery.

Programs on site

The Ag Innovations Competition puts new agricultural products and services in front of judges. The 2026 finals are on November 12 at 3 pm on the Centrium Stage. The show also has educational seminars and live product demos, and it welcomes international exhibitors and visitors.

The organizer has published dates through 2029: November 3–5, 2027; November 8–10, 2028; and November 7–9, 2029.
