Win Expo - Annual North Coast Wine Industry Expo 2026

The North Coast Wine Industry Expo (WIN Expo) is an annual one-day trade show and educational conference for winery and vineyard professionals from Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino and Lake counties. It is held each December at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds in Santa Rosa and produced by Wine Industry Network.

What it is

The North Coast Wine Industry Expo (WIN Expo) is a one-day trade show and conference for the wine businesses of Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino and Lake counties. Wine Industry Network founded it in 2012 and still produces it. The organizer puts attendance at "more than 2,000 wine professionals" each year and the floor at "more than 250 exhibitors".

Exhibitor listings span winemaking and vineyard equipment, packaging and closures, lab and cellar supplies, and business services. This year is the 14th annual show, themed "The Next Era of Wine."

Show-day logistics

• Hours: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Check-in opens at 8:30 am at the registration tent in front of Grace Pavilion, which also takes walk-in registration.
• Floor: two halls, Hall of Flowers and Grace Pavilion, plus an outdoor exhibits area.
• Trial tastings: from 10:15 am to 3:00 pm, the exhibit hall runs complimentary trial tastings in the Hall of Flowers. These show how different products and methods change the finished wine.
• #ExpoDeals: exhibitors offer one-day, end-of-year specials, promoted in the days before the show.
• Parking is included with all tickets.

Conference vs. floor

The conference is sold separately from the expo floor pass. You can buy a full conference pass or single-session passes, and every conference pass includes floor access. This year's program has 12 workshops across four tracks: Winemaking & Production, Sales & Marketing, Strategy & Leadership, and Vineyard & Growers.

Sessions run in three time blocks, followed by free hosted sessions from 3:00 pm. Tickets cost less during the early-bird window than in show week. Full conference passes bought before October 31 include lunch.
