Colorado Springs Remodeling Expo 2027

The Colorado Springs Remodeling Expo is a March home show at the Norris Penrose Event Center. Homeowners meet remodeling, landscaping and building experts and attend free home-improvement seminars. It is produced by L&L Exhibition Management, which runs other Colorado Springs home shows in January and February.

Colorado Springs Remodeling Expo runs March 12–14, 2027 at Norris Penrose Event Center, Colorado Springs.

What it is

The Remodeling Expo is a March consumer home show. Homeowners meet remodeling, landscaping and building experts, and the organizer says every part of the home can be explored, from the smallest design detail to the largest addition.

Exhibits cover cabinetry and countertops, flooring, sunrooms and additions, basement finishing, waterproofing, smart home automation, energy-efficient windows and exterior products. Recent featured exhibitors have included one-day bath remodelers, roofing contractors, kitchen refacing firms, whole-house fan installers and decorative concrete companies.

The show is produced by L&L Exhibition Management, a Bloomington, Minnesota home-show company whose history goes back to 1993.

Hours and seminars

• Friday, March 12: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (the show opens at noon)
• Saturday, March 13: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday, March 14: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The event center is at 1045 Lower Gold Camp Road. Parking is free, children under 18 get in free, and visitors who sign up with an email address on the show site get discounted admission.

Free home-improvement seminars and demonstrations run on a Home Improvement Stage and a Community Outreach Stage. You register for each seminar on the show site, and registering enters you in a door-prize drawing.

This is the third L&L show of the season in Colorado Springs. The Colorado Springs Home Building & Remodeling Show runs January 15–17, 2027 and the Colorado Springs Home & Garden Show runs February 5–7, 2027.
