WorkPossible 2026

WorkPossible, known until 2026 as CultureCon, runs conferences on workplace culture and leadership for executives, managers, HR professionals, culture champions and consultants. Its flagship conference is held in Madison, Wisconsin, with a West conference in Las Vegas. The Madison-based organiser announced that from 2027 its events, content and research will run under the WorkPossible name, with workplace culture still at the centre of the programme.

CultureCon West 2026

CultureCon West 2026 runs October 27–29, 2026 at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. It opens on the afternoon of Tuesday, October 27 with a preconference workshop and an evening social, and the main program fills Wednesday and Thursday.

What it is

CultureCon West is a conference on positive organizational and workplace culture, run by CultureCon LLC of Madison, Wisconsin, which also runs the AI Summit and WorkPossible conferences in Madison. It is aimed at people who lead or support people, or who champion culture from any seat in their organization; the organizer calls its audience "Culture Geeks." The organizer says 2026 is the fourth year of the West conference in Las Vegas. The program mixes keynotes and concurrent breakouts with networking activities, and a few formats recur:

• Innovation Showcase: short 10-minute presentations from entrepreneurs and companies working on workplace culture.
• Culture Marketplace: companies showing products and services that help workplace cultures work at scale.
• Mystery Trip and off-site activations that take attendees out of the venue.
• WorkPossible research: first access to the organizer's global employee experience report, produced with Fauna.

Schedule shape

Times are Pacific. The published schedule runs:

• Tuesday, October 27: preconference workshop from midday, registration at 4:30pm, Preconference Happy Hour & Innovation Showcase at 5pm
• Wednesday, October 28: registration and networking at 9am, welcome at 9:45am, keynote and breakouts through the afternoon, happy hour at 5pm and the Mystery Trip at 5:30pm
• Thursday, October 29: light breakfast at 9:15am, keynotes and breakouts, closing remarks at 4:30pm and a closing happy hour at 4:45pm

The Tuesday preconference workshop, Culture Strategy Studio, led by Dr. Donte Vaughn of LightPoint Advisors, and the Thursday-night VIP After Party each require a separate ticket.

Credits and registration

The conference qualifies for SHRM and HRCI re-certification credits, and the codes are published after the event alongside speaker slides and select recordings in the organizer's Learning Center. In-person attendees are eligible for a Certificate of Organizational Culture Leadership, included with the ticket and issued after the conference. The organizer says its events typically sell out about a month ahead and runs a waitlist.

Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person or to a future CultureCon event if requested in writing at least 21 days before the start. Team packs and limited grant funding are available on request.
