WorkPossible 2027

WorkPossible, known until 2026 as CultureCon, runs conferences on workplace culture and leadership for executives, managers, HR professionals, culture champions and consultants. Its flagship conference is held in Madison, Wisconsin, with a West conference in Las Vegas. The Madison-based organiser announced that from 2027 its events, content and research will run under the WorkPossible name, with workplace culture still at the centre of the programme.

WorkPossible 2027 runs 3–5 August 2027 at the Madison Concourse Hotel & Governor's Club in Madison, Wisconsin, with a virtual option. The hotel is near the Wisconsin State Capitol.

What it is

WorkPossible is the new name of CultureCon, a three-day conference on workplace culture and leadership. The organiser pitches it at executives, managers and team leaders, HR professionals, culture champions, consultants and educators, with sessions on strengthening culture, developing leaders and navigating change.

Program features

• Innovation Showcase: live demonstrations of tools and services from organisations working on the future of work.
• Impact Awards: recognition of individuals who have made a difference for their team, organisation or community.
• Preconference workshop: an opening session on design thinking and practical leadership tools.

The organiser also runs WorkPossible West in Las Vegas and an AI Summit as separate events.
