WorkPossible 2027

WorkPossible, known until 2026 as CultureCon, runs conferences on workplace culture and leadership for executives, managers, HR professionals, culture champions and consultants. Its flagship conference is held in Madison, Wisconsin, with a West conference in Las Vegas. The Madison-based organiser announced that from 2027 its events, content and research will run under the WorkPossible name, with workplace culture still at the centre of the programme.

WorkPossible West 2027 runs November 2–4, 2027 at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada.

What it is

WorkPossible West is the Las Vegas conference of WorkPossible, the new name of CultureCon; the organiser describes it as "WorkPossible (formally known as "CultureCon")". It is three days on workplace culture and leadership, pitched at executives, managers and team leaders; HR professionals, culture champions, consultants and educators; and what the organiser calls innovators and problem-solvers working on positive change.

Sessions cover strengthening culture, developing leaders, navigating change and what comes next in the world of work. The organiser, CultureCon LLC of Madison, Wisconsin, also runs the WorkPossible flagship conference in Madison and an AI Summit.

• Innovation Showcase: live demonstrations of tools and services from organisations working on the future of work.
• Mystery Trip: a surprise outing away from the conference venue in Las Vegas.

Credits and registration

• Recertification credits. The conference qualifies for SHRM and HRCI recertification credits.
• Certificate. Attendees are eligible for a Certificate of Organizational Culture Leadership, which recognises 15+ hours of learning; the issuing fee is included with All Access and All Access+ tickets and is an add-on for General Admission.
• Virtual option. A virtual live stream pass includes on-demand recordings; recordings and speaker resources go to attendees through the WorkPossible Learning Center after the event.
• Transfers. Registrations are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person or a future WorkPossible event if requested in writing at least 21 days before the conference. The organiser says its events sell out and runs a waitlist.

WorkPossible West succeeds CultureCon West, held at the same Las Vegas resort in October 2026.
