DealerPoint, a Digital Dealer event run by CPMG Events (Emerald), is an invite-only hosted-buyer meeting that matches senior auto dealership executives with auto retail solution providers through small-group boardroom presentations, one-on-one appointments and keynotes.

DealerPoint runs April 5–7, 2027 at Marriott Sawgrass Golf Resort, Ponte Vedra Beach.

What it is

DealerPoint is not a traditional expo. The organizer describes it as "a Digital Dealer Event" and an invite-only meeting in which senior dealership executives are matched with auto retail solution providers. It is run by CPMG Events under Emerald X. Dealership attendees are decision makers in dealer principal/ownership, general management, marketing, fixed operations, sales management and F&I. Solution providers come from categories including advertising and marketing, CRM and DMS solutions, digital retail, data and analytics, inventory management, lead generation, reputation management and website design.

The two sides attend on different terms. Dealership attendees are hand-selected, and the organizer covers their air, hotel and meals. Solution providers buy presentation or meeting packages, which include guaranteed meetings with pre-qualified dealership attendees.

How the format works

• Boardroom presentations — each dealership attendee is pre-assigned to a group of 7–9 peers with similar interests; solution providers pitch to the group in 20-minute slots, kept on time by a group leader.
• One-on-one meetings — private 15-minute appointments between dealers and the solution providers they choose.
• Keynote and content sessions, with networking built into each day and evening.

Schedule shape

The published agenda starts on the first afternoon with an optional outing, badge pickup, a solution-provider tech check, a dealer orientation reception and an opening keynote by Steve Fredlund. The middle day runs boardroom presentations in the morning and one-on-one appointments in the afternoon, then dinner. The last day is short: breakfast, a final round of boardrooms and one-on-ones, and a grab-and-go lunch at noon.
