EMS World Expo 2027

EMS World Expo is HMP Global's annual conference and exhibition for emergency medical services, with preconference workshops, sessions across nine learning tracks and an exhibit hall. It is for paramedics, EMTs, medical directors, EMS educators, chiefs and administrators, and it is co-located with the NAEMT Annual Meeting.

EMS World Expo 2027

EMS World Expo is scheduled for September 27–October 1, 2027 in New Orleans, Louisiana, according to HMP Global's list of future meetings. The organizer has not yet posted a venue, schedule, show hours or agenda for 2027.

What it is

EMS World Expo is a conference and exhibition for emergency medical services professionals, run by HMP Global. The organizer describes it as an education event built around learning tracks, hands-on workshops and an exhibit hall where attendees can compare tools, technology, vehicles and other solutions side by side. It is co-located with programming from the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT).

Who it's for

The organizer says the show is built for the full EMS ecosystem, including field providers, educators, chiefs and officers, medical directors and physicians, and other prehospital clinicians.

Continuing education

EMS World Expo is a CAPCE Organizational Provider, and the organizer says most presentations and courses are accredited for CEUs. CAPCE-approved classes are accepted by the NREMT toward recertification; attendees should check whether their state accepts CAPCE-approved CEUs for license renewal.

The organizer states there is no official cap on the CE credits an attendee can earn. Select presentations carry ASTNA nursing accreditation, and CE for NAEMT-hosted preconference sessions is handled by NAEMT.

Where it goes next

The show moves between cities. After New Orleans in 2027, the organizer lists San Antonio, TX for October 23–27, 2028 and Charlotte, NC for October 8–12, 2029.
