Fastener Fair USA runs May 19–20, 2027 at Kentucky International Convention Center, Louisville.

What it is

Fastener Fair USA is RX's trade show and conference for the fastener industry and its allied manufacturing sectors. It aims to cover the whole supply chain: manufacturers, master distributors, equipment makers, processors, packagers and end users. Attendees are distributors, suppliers, engineers and other professionals who source fasteners and fixings for sectors including construction, automotive, aerospace, marine, HVAC, energy and power generation, furniture manufacturing, plumbing and general engineering.

The organizer groups exhibitors into these sectors:

• Assembly and Installation Systems
• Fastener Manufacturing Technology
• Storage, Distribution, Factory Equipment
• Information, Communication and Services

On the product side, expect bolts, screws and nuts, anchors, rivets, clamps, springs and wire forms, threaded rod, adhesives and sealants, inspection and testing equipment, and fastener coatings and finishes.

Visiting

• No under-18s. Children under 18 are not permitted to attend.
• Two days. Check the organizer's site for confirmed 2027 hours. Parts of the site still carry details from the 2026 show.
• Matchmaking. Registered attendees get personalized exhibitor recommendations based on their registration answers. The organizer says these matches are not sponsored placements.
• Opening Night Networking Party on the evening of day one.
• Education. The organizer says the show includes expert-led sessions and workshops on industry developments, best practices and regulatory updates.
