What it is

World Mail & Express Americas (WMX Americas) is a three-day conference for post and parcel executives from North, Central and South America and the Caribbean. It is run by Triangle Management Services Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales that provides specialist services to the mail and express industries. The organizer bills it as "300+ senior executives" and "30+ speakers".

Delegates come from postal operators, parcel carriers, logistics firms and retailers: CEOs, CFOs, and heads of logistics, communications, governance and innovation. The format is keynotes, case studies, open discussions and dedicated networking time.

Format and program

The organizer sums up the format as "Three days. Two rooms. One ticket." The 2027 agenda theme is "The New Rules of Delivery", with session streams including:

• Trade, compliance and regulations, including duty and tax calculation and de minimis changes
• Sustainability and fleet emissions
• AI, automation and technology, from pilot to production
• The last mile: out-of-home delivery, carrier competition and cost per delivery

Triangle also runs WMX Europe and WMX Asia for the same post and parcel audience. They are separate shows. WMX Asia has been held in Hong Kong in 2024, 2025 and 2026, and WMX Europe 2026 was in Athens, Greece.
