Great Food Expo New Jersey 2026

Great Food Expo New Jersey runs November 14–15, 2026 at the New Jersey Expo Center in Edison, New Jersey. Hours are 10am–5pm on Saturday and 11am–5pm on Sunday, so the second day starts an hour later.

What it is

Great Food Expo is a ticketed food and beverage show aimed at food lovers, billed by the organizer as "Great Food & Beverages and the Foodies Who Love Them", under the tagline "Shop. Sip. Sample." It runs in more than one city: the Chicago-area show is held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont in October, and the New Jersey show follows in November.

On the floor

The organizer pitches the show around tasting and buying emerging food brands and specialty products to take home. Its New Jersey page lists wines and spirits; chocolates, confectionery and snacks; international offerings alongside local favorites; pastas, sauces and seasonings; coffees and teas; organic, dairy-free and sustainable foods; and flavored salts, breads and pastries.

There are hands-on baking and cooking workshops, and a stage that has featured celebrity chefs and food-television hosts in past years. Tickets are sold through the organizer's site.
