IMEX America 2027
About IMEX America
A trade show for the global meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) industry, featuring over 3,500 suppliers and 5,700 decision makers.
IMEX America 2027
IMEX America 2027 runs September 28–30, 2027 at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada. The organiser flags the move itself — "IMEX America comes early in 2027" — after the 2026 show ran October 13–15.
What it is
IMEX America is the IMEX Group's trade show for the meetings, events and incentive travel industry, which the organiser calls the largest trade show for the business events industry. Exhibitors range from national and regional convention bureaus and hotels to event technology providers and event management specialists; the buyers are the planners who book them. For the 2025 show the organiser reports 3,700 exhibiting companies representing 80+ countries and 6,145 buyers.
How it works
- Hosted buyer program: qualified planners can apply to attend as hosted buyers, with travel and accommodation provided by the program. IMEX publishes hosted-buyer FAQs, including what buyers commit to, on its site.
- Education: the program is free to attend and the organiser lists 300-plus education sessions across four days, on and off the show floor. Its 2026–2027 Talking Point is "Design Matters".
- Planning tools: the exhibitor list is published on the IMEX site ahead of the show, and show news (IMEXscoop) is also available in the IMEX Events App.
IMEX's sister show in Europe is IMEX Frankfurt.
