Incentive Live 2027

Incentive Live is Northstar Meetings Group's hosted-buyer marketplace for incentive travel, rewards and recognition. It brings incentive houses, agencies and corporate incentive buyers together with destinations, hotels, DMCs, merchandise and gift-card providers, and recognition technology platforms for pre-scheduled one-on-one appointments.

Incentive Live 2027

Incentive Live runs May 24–26, 2027 at The Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa in Point Clear, Alabama. Northstar Meetings Group bills it as "The Industry's Marketplace for Incentive Travel, Rewards and Recognition."

What it is

Incentive Live brings together the buyers and suppliers behind incentive travel, recognition, rewards and employee engagement programs. The format is a hosted-buyer event: qualified buyers are fully hosted by Northstar, including an airfare allowance, accommodation, meals and networking experiences, and the business happens in pre-scheduled one-on-one appointments, with education and networking around them.

Who attends

• Hosted buyers: incentive houses, third-party agencies, corporate incentive buyers, recognition and rewards professionals, sales performance leaders and loyalty program managers.
• Suppliers: destinations and CVBs, hotels and resorts, DMCs, merchandise providers, gift card programs, recognition and rewards solutions, technology and engagement platforms, cruise lines, event partners, and venues and attractions.

Northstar's own figures for the event are 250+ attendees and 2,300+ pre-scheduled appointments, and it says 84% source international incentive programs. Suppliers book participation and sponsorship through Northstar's sales team.
