Intersolar Mexico 2027

Intersolar Mexico is an annual exhibition and conference for the solar industry in Mexico City, covering photovoltaics, solar heating and cooling, and energy storage. Solar Promotion International, FMMI and Informa Markets organize it, and Aquatech Mexico runs alongside it.

Intersolar Mexico runs September 7–9, 2027 at Centro Banamex, Mexico City.

What it is

Intersolar Mexico bills itself as "The International Exhibition and Conference for the Solar Industry." The organizer says the show "sits at the cross-section of photovoltaics, solar heating & cooling technologies, and energy storage." Together with its co-located event, it is pitched to international manufacturers and distributors who want to meet regional buyers in solar, renewable energy and cleantech. Its listed areas of focus are photovoltaics, PV production technology, energy storage, and solar heating and cooling technologies.

Three organizers run it: Solar Promotion International GmbH, which also runs the Intersolar exhibitions in Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East and India; Freiburg Management and Marketing International GmbH, owned by the City of Freiburg; and Informa Markets, which has its Mexico office in the city.

On the floor

• Hours: the organizer lists opening hours of 11:00am–6:00pm.
• Co-located show: Aquatech Mexico, a water-sector exhibition, runs in the same venue on the same dates. The organizer presents the pair as one gathering of the renewable power, sustainability and water sectors.
• ees Mexico: a special exhibition devoted to Mexico's electric energy storage market.
• Innovation Hub and workshops: at the most recent show, the Innovation Hub gave start-ups, SMEs and newcomers to the Mexican market a dedicated exhibition area. It also housed the Innovation Forum, a stage of presentations open to visitors. Separate technical workshops were held in Spanish.

Conference and registration

The Intersolar Mexico Conference runs in parallel with the exhibition. At the most recent conference, sessions were held in Spanish, and speakers from Mexico and abroad covered photovoltaics, solar thermal and energy storage.
