What it is

The organizer describes this as "the country's national CCUS convention." It combines an exhibition, a strategic conference, open-format technical learning and networking for the whole carbon-management value chain. That includes industrial emitters in oil sands, oil and gas, power generation, cement, steel, mining and chemicals. It also includes CCUS project developers and storage-hub operators, EPCs and engineering firms, capture and equipment suppliers, pipeline and subsurface specialists, carbon-removal and carbon-market players, investors, government and regulators, Indigenous partners and researchers.

The exhibition puts a spotlight on direct air capture and the carbon-removals market. The event is run by dmg events.

Program and what each pass covers

• Strategic Conference: covers policy frameworks, incentives, carbon markets, financing structures, offtake arrangements and risk-sharing models. The 2026 themes were the carbon infrastructure economy; AI, data and digital infrastructure; technology readiness and deployment; and trust and partnership.
• Knowledge Bars: open-format technical sessions across four theaters on the exhibition floor. They are included with both visitor and delegate passes.
• Executive Leadership Roundtables, networking receptions, an Awards Gala and site tours round out the program.
• An evening celebration on the exhibition floor after Day 1 is included in all pass types.
